Most garments are ready within few days. Some items may take longer depending on the type of fabric, the complexity of the cleaning, or if there are stubborn stains that require extra treatment. We'll always let you know if your order needs more time.

Yes! We offer same day alteration, pressing and wash & fold service. For dry cleaning, next day is available on select items — call us at (818) 842-9686 to check availability before dropping off.

No appointment needed — just walk in during our business hours. Mon–Fri: 7:00am–8:00pm and Saturday: 9:00am–4:00pm. We're closed on Sundays.

We clean almost everything — suits, dresses, blouses, pants, coats, leather & suede, bridal gowns, tuxedos, household items like comforters and curtains, and more. We also do wash & fold laundry, alterations, and shoe & bag repair. If you're not sure, just ask!

We accept cash, Zelle and all major credit and debit cards. For delivery orders, payment can be arranged by phone or on delivery.

We can remove most stains, but not all. Fresh stains treated quickly have the highest success rate. Some stains — like bleach damage, dried paint, permanent ink, or heat-set stains — may be permanent. We'll always give you an honest assessment before we start. Blot — don't rub — to absorb excess liquid, then bring the garment to us as soon as possible. Avoid ironing it or putting it in a hot dryer, as heat permanently sets stains. The faster you bring it in, the better the chances of full removal.

Absolutely — always tell us what caused the stain. Different stains require different treatments. Using the wrong chemical can actually set a stain permanently. Even a rough guess (food, grease, wine) helps us choose the right approach.

We offer a full range of alterations including hemming, waist adjustments, sleeve shortening, zipper replacement, patching, taking in or letting out seams, and general repairs. With over 45 years of tailoring expertise, we handle everything from simple fixes to complex resizing.

All alterations are typically completed within 24–48 hours. Same day service is also available when needed — just let us know when you drop off and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We'll always give you an exact timeframe when you bring your items in.

Yes! We offer shoe and bag repair services — resoling, stitching, cleaning, and restoration. Most dry cleaners don't offer this. Bring your items in and we'll assess what can be done.

You schedule a pickup online via our delivery page. We come to your door, collect your garments, clean them at our shop, and deliver them back to you — usually within few days. We'll contact you to confirm the exact delivery time.

We deliver within a 4 mile radius of our shop, covering areas like Burbank, Glendale, North Hollywood, and Studio City. If you're outside the 4 mile radius, give us a call at (818) 842-9686 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, we have a $35 minimum order for delivery. Delivery is $8, and free on orders over $60.

We'll call or text you as soon as your order is ready. We then schedule a delivery time that's convenient for you — so you never have to guess or chase us down.

Yes, occasionally. Some stains require extra treatment time to get the best possible result — rushing the process can mean a less thorough clean. If your order needs more time than expected, we will contact you directly to let you know. Once your garments are ready we'll reach out to schedule a delivery time that works for you, so you're never left waiting without an update.
